Mediterranean Bread workshop
If you have never made bread before, you’ll learn all the basics in this class and learn in an inspired way as we make good use of the breads including using a couple of them as the basis of the Med’s faster food dishes, pizza and filled flatbreads. We’ll start all our breads from scratch.
The morning starts with a quick bite-to-eat Panini and then to work:
Thin base Pizza
Mediterranean Flatbreads
We’ll produce 2 different types of flatbread using different techniques
Foccacia
Sweet Pan de Coca
We’ll knock out some ciabatta and the not unrelated Catalan Pan de Coca
