Today I’ll be making a Paella from the land. Robust flavours from Chicken, Pork, Rabbit and Vegetables cooked with a great stock and capturing the true Valencian-style Paella. An opportunity to master your paella skills to cook this and and any other Paella. Plus we’ll make 5 mixed Seafood and Vegetable based Tapas dishes.
