Spanish Rice masterclass

Our day will start with a quick breakfast of an everyday favourite quick meal, Arroz a la Cubana

Then to work. We’ll talk about many aspects of cooking Paella. In particular we’ll talk about stocks and combinations of ingredients. Special attention will be paid to perfecting a tasty non meat or fish paella. We’ll cook two other main-course Spanish rice dishes too, Arroz Negro and the rice broth, Caldoso. Finally a fresh look at rice pudding, Arroz con Leche.
