Store Cupboard Med
We’ll start with a chat about Ricky’s and your favourite store cupboard stand-by ingredients (as opposed to ready meals) as we enjoy a quick bite-to-eat from the store cupboard. By the way onions and Garlic are allowed to count as store cupboard essentials because of their long shelf-life and that they found in almost every store cupboard.
We’ll talk Soups, Polenta and Gnocchi and we’ll cook together several dishes including three main courses, trying them as we cook our way towards a sit-down meal for the last 30 minutes as we swap some more store cupboard tips.
But we’ll start by making a mixed Tapas/Meze table in 60 minutes, an array of plates such as Humous, Dolmades, Artichoke, tuna and broad bean salad, Flatbreads, Ensaladilla Rusa, Chorizo in Red wine, Empanadillas.
Then one of two brunch/light lunches: a delicious kitchen cupboard Pizza from scratch
or a tasty Corned Beef Hash
